PCS-600 SCADA Pump Controller

The PCS-600 is the latest addition to the range of RAM pump controllers, offering significant technological advancements at very competitive prices.

The latest SCADA Modbus 485 device comes with a submersible or in-line tank-level pressure sensor that delivers continuous level monitoring along with:

  • Remote control of pump delivery to any QPD target with a simple command.
  • PROFLO proportional flow control, based on a flow meter or any 4-20mA signal and your concentration target.
  • Virtual flow metering, using patent-pending pump stroke sensing.

PCS550

New PCS 550 SCADA Pump controller with Stroke counting, allows direct control and monitoring over existing SCADA.

Function: Latest technology in precision local pump controller using advanced STROKE BASED DELIVERY and Current Stroke Sensing.
A great step-up from the PCS500, the PCS550 allows a MODBUS 485 connection to be made using existing SCADA infrastructure. This permits remote monitoring and control of the PCS550 pump controller from a SCADA HMI. All pump delivery and functional parameters can be changed remotely. RAM’s stroke-counting and patent pending current sensing features make this unit much more accurate than standard timer based models.

Enter a value for quarts per day (QPD) and the PCS 550 calculates everything for you.  It even warns if  you enter a value that is out of range for your pump.

Offers unprecedented delivery, accuracy and resolution down to 0.01 QPD.  Controls single or double head pumps.

It enables any 4-20 mA flow-meter to provide a flow signal input to the RAM controller, which is used to calculate and accurately deliver chemicals based on a PARTS PER MILLION (PPM) setting. Simply put, the controller modulates chemical delivery according to the product flow-rate, based on the parts-per-million injection required for that product flow rate.\

A simple command like “PPM 50” from any registered cellphone, or through our web-based HMI, will alter the PPM. The system immediately re-calculates the required dosage based on the product flow and begins delivering chemical to meet the product flow-rate at the set PPM.
